Highland Park 2006 18 Year Old Single Malt Colour:Buttercup Yellow Nose: Classic gentle coastal nose with straw and mild honey and just a whiff of smoke. Palate: Stunningly mouth filling. Rich and bold in its approach this is a delight! Citrus, lemon sherbet, roasted yellow ripe pear, white pepper and a touch of smoke on the top of your palate. Finish: Long to say the least. We can now find that hint of peat long famed in Highland Park showing at this drams curtain call.
