We currently only ship within the UK, using Royal Mail 2nd Class – normally arrives in 2-3 business days.
Shipping is a FLAT RATE of £5.99 for packages of up to 2kg (1 bottle) OR £8.99 for a maximum of 10 items/bottles. If you wish to order more than 10 items, please send us an email and we will organise a custom shipping charge for you.
Click and Collect
We now offer a ‘Click and Collect’ service for local customers. If you wish to order and pay for your items online and collect them from the shop to save on delivery costs, just select the ‘Click and Collect’ option at the checkout. If an item becomes unavailable or delayed, you will be notified when your order has been placed.
If, for whatever reason you are unhappy with any Products purchased which are not faulty, we will refund your money, or exchange the Products if you inform us within 7 days after the day following the delivery of the Products. All returned Products must be returned to us – BOTTLES UNOPENED & packaging/cartons in good condition – which we shall be the sole judge.
We will make reimbursements within 30 days of cancellation. Any Product returned must be within its original packaging. (Unfortunately, we cannot pay for the delivery charge of unwanted Products.) However, if any Products that we send to you are faulty or damaged we will replace them or reimburse you for the expense, including the cost of delivery if you prefer. If Products are faulty or damaged, we require that you tell us within a reasonable time of receipt of the Products (48 hours). All refunds and reimbursements will be paid within 30 days of your notifying us of your wish to return the Products. Any Products returned must be adequately packed to avoid any further possible damage. We cannot accept returned damaged Products.
Your refund will only be processed on the card it was originally purchased from via our Card Processing System, Stripe. We cannot issue refunds via bank transfer or cash.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Stevies Drams, Unit 3H, Ben Lomond Way, Loch Lomond Shores, Balloch G83 8QL.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
