Description
Distilled at Tamdhu in 2008, this single malt enjoyed the next 15 years maturing in a refill sherry butt. Douglas Laing opened the cask in 2023, independently releasing 773 cask strength bottles for The Midnight Series of its Old Particular collection.

Dark chocolate shavings interlaced with juicy cherries and polished wood

More of that chocolate mocha style giving way tp burnt brown sugar and spice
Finish
Charred oak lingers on plus cinnamon , barley an warm fruit cake
