Drawn from a single cask and bottled at its natural strength 60.6%, Cask #F20 offers the opportunity to experience an individual expression of The Clydeside, shaped by the influence of a carefully selected Madeira finishing cask.
Initially matured in bourbon before an extended finish in an ex-Madeira cask, the whisky develops layers of rich fruit, warming spice and confectionery sweetness while retaining the elegant Lowland character at the heart of their spirit.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Tinned peach, jasmine and orange blossom.
Palate: Ripe banana, apricot coulis and barley sugar.
Finish: Caramel, cinnamon and walnut.
