Linkwood 10 Year Old Blind Summit PX Finish is a limited-release Speyside single malt, distilled in February 2015 and matured for a decade with a finishing period in a Pedro Ximénez sherry cask. Bottled at natural cask strength (55.8% ABV) in a 50cl format, with only 168 bottles produced, this expression showcases a vibrant and fruit-forward character. The nose offers aromas of stone fruit, marzipan, apricot pastries and raspberry cream, while the palate is soft and gently spicy, with a light oiliness and layers of ripe orchard fruit, berry sweetness, vanilla and toasted oak. A long, silky finish completes this elegant and well-balanced dram.
