Description
Glorious Girvan single grain Scotch, distilled in November 2002 and matured in a single refill hogshead until September 2022. The cask was opened by independent bottler Douglas Laing, releasing a total of 235 bottles for its Old Particular collection.
Tasting Notes
Nose
Toffee apples are immediatley apparent with a gentle spiceiness
Palate
Thick and moreish with a fruit salad style developing to spice oak and sugar
Finish
Cocnut and BBQ'D banana lingers alongside vanilla and golden syrup
