A single cask Ballindalloch selected by Guy Macpherson-Grant for the UK and Hong Kong markets. Cask #283, an oloroso sherry butt, was filled on 4 June 2015 and matured for 11 years before being bottled on 1 July 2026. Just 630 bottles were produced at a hefty 61.5% ABV

The Ballindalloch 2015 Sherry Cask Single Malt Scotch Whisky opens with an inviting aroma of sun-dried raisins and figs, layered with bright citrus notes of orange peel, dark cherry compote, and the warmth of cinnamon and clove. Rich and decadent, this single cask expression delivers concentrated dried fruit character balanced by dark chocolate and spiced cake notes, with roasted hazelnut and almond adding textural depth and complexity. A long, luxurious fade of espresso-tinged oak spice and honeyed sherry sweetness that lingers beautifully on the palate.
