With juniper, beeswax and sea salt, this many layered gin has been distilled by a team of local whisky makers who are dedicated to shaping the spirit of tomorrow. Best enjoyed at 251 miles above sea level – the height of Arthur’s Seat – an ancient volcano which is the main peak of a group of hills in Edinburgh.
