Makar Original Dry is meticulously distilled in our copper pot still, Annie. This process combines seven carefully selected botanicals with juniper at the heart of the spirit. These botanicals are symbolised by the bespoke seven-sided Makar Gin bottle and illustrated around the neck label. As the first gin from Glasgow, Makar Gin has confidently led the way, earning numerous international awards since its launch in 2014. Enjoy Makar in a G&T garnished with a slice of mild green chilli pepper, or mix it into a Makar martini. Tasting Notes Nose Invigorating fresh pine and eucalyptus, floral and herbal rosemary notes with touches of zesty lemon citrus. Palate Robust juniper supported by citrus and savoury notes, black pepper spice with hints of liquorice contributing to a fully rounded and balanced mouthfeel.
