A marriage of whisky matured in American oak wine casks, new American barrels, and second-fill bourbon casks, this whisky is the result of the instinctive process of malt master Brian Kinsman – trusting his senses with the same intuitive connection that F1 drivers demonstrate on the track.
Tasting Notes
Nose
Rich and beautifully sweet. Biscuity cheesecake base, maple syrup, caramelised ginger, and subtle oak notes.
Palate
Indulgent, confectionary sweet with silky, syrupy mouthfeel. Fruit salad and chantilly cream.
Finish
Super smooth with a sustained sweetness.
