Fully matured in a 2nd fill sherry hogshead, Inchmurrin is one of the brilliant single malts produced at the Loch Lomond distillery, in their straight necked pot stills. Fruit forward, juicy and sumptuous.
Official Tasting Notes
Nose – The nose opens with soft vanilla and warm caramel, layered with subtle grassy notes and a whisper of white pepper.
Palate – Rich and mouthcoating, this malt wraps the palate in layers of caramel cups, pear drops, and delicate pastry cases, with gentle spice weaving through a velvety texture.
Finish – The finish gently lingers with soft notes of vanilla cupcake, while fading, well-integrated spice adds warmth and depth.
