This unpeated blend comprises of a 13-year-old Dalrymple from Ayrshire, and a 16-year-old Strathclyde from Glasgow, married together and finished for 10 months in this first-fill sparkline wine barrique. Sadly we have to say sparkling wine on the bottle as Champagne is geographically protected, but obviously there's no reason you can't advertise to your customers that it is indeed Champers!

TASTING NOTES
- The nose gives freshly-baked brioche and crisp green fruit.
- The palate immediately offers fresh, sweet toffee.
- The finish is vibrant – almost bubbly – with a lovely long-lasting interplay of zesty citrus and earthy almond notes.
