Description
As ever, the Pictish Beastie is a double-sherry combo of two single casks. One single malt, and one single grain. The single grain is once again Cameronbridge, our local staple from Fife, finished for 10 months in PX sherry, while we welcome Mannochmore, a Speyside single malt into the mix for the first time, finished off in Fino sherry for 4 months.

TASTING NOTES
- On the nose, it's like you've walked straight into a French patisserie, or Fisher & Donaldson – You can decide! We're thinking peacan pies and custard-filled fudge doughnuts. Yum!
- On the palate it's remarkably balanced, and sumptiously smooth for a 58% cask strength dram. Packed full of orchard fruits, toffee and milk chocolate, it's giving us Curly Wurly vibes on the finish.
