The Octave North British 2011, 14 Year Old – Palo Cortado Octave is a single grain Scotch whisky distilled in 2011 at North British Distillery. After maturing for 14 years, it was finished for 3 months in a Palo Cortado Octave cask, enhancing its character.

The Octave range is where the finest whiskies have a final maturation in reconstructed ex sherry octave casks, the spirit is invigorated by the increased wood contact in the smaller casks, bringing you a spectacular dram.
